| Spurr is another product of the Wednesday youth system, having made his way up through various youth levels and into reserve team football. Spurr made his full Owls debut at home to Reading at the end of 05/06 and kept his place in the side the following week at Derby County on the final day of the season. Despite strong competition for the left-back spot during the 06/07 season Spurr managed to break through and hold his place, making 39 league and cup appearances for the club. |
