I like the youtube versions of it too, she has excellent regular acoustic performances. Let’s be fair though. As soon as a song comes from a uStream chat, it comes unedited and unmodified, in it’s pure form. Any album has been modified to fit the artist’s idea of perfection. LIGHTS doesn’t use autotune because she has to, she does because to her, it sounds better.
I mean, does she make music for our tastes or hers?
Anyway, on the album, I actually do like River and Fall Back Down.
Her new Acoustic EP disappointed me hugely to be honest…, the quality is nowhere near this. If I buy acoustic, I really want acoustic, not again that echoed autotuned voiced crap. Still prefer this version. The version that’s truly emotional.
