| Monday 25th June - and one of the worst floods in the club's history strikes as The River Don bursts it's banks amidst monsoon like rain in Sheffield. | The damage is evident as the water level rises well into The South Stand. | The 'Hillsborough slope' is clear as the water levels drop with rain easing in the region. | The rain may have gone but there is plenty of work to be done as around £200,000's worth of damage is caused to the pitch at Hillsborough. |
