@MrsBlackTwlight Well, to me, it’s just a story. And I know tons of people want to go there. But people who lived there in peace before Twilight got popular, it must get annoying.

Yeah, but you realize that they probably didn’t let the people who hate Twilight talk on the documentary. I doubt they asked some chick, “what do you think of having edward-gooey strangers stalking around your town at all hours?” and would have aired her saying, “these assholes need to get a fucking life and go home.” I really doubt that they would have put that in the movie, so it’s not really an accurate account of the towns people, anyway. It’s an incredably biased movie.

I used to live there when I was little. We moved a long time agoo. Before Twilight got popular. I’m a fan, obviously, but it looks so annoying having people there taking the whole vampire/werewolf thing seriously. Its just a story. Glad I moved. /:
Theres a documentry out from the people who live there and they all seem very pleased with all of the twilight fans. They say that the twilight thing has pretty much saved their town. The entire town is mapped out just for fans to get a “real taste” of the books
My husband and I were in forks around the same time last year. We had no idea how many tourists there would be…so we could not find a hotel room anywhere. We had a blast camping it up by the sol duc river lol. We heard different things from the people of forks some said that they liked the tourists because it brought more revenue into the city and others wished they would all go away. Either way. the beaches were BEAUTIFUL!!!
lol. i absolutly love twilight but i feel bad for the people in Forks. especially the people that live by la push. poor people bombarded by tourists.
i think all residents in forks are all mad..hehe

I went to Forks and got drunk in the Twilight Lounge. There was this really hot chick who worked there. That was the best part of my stay.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. This is terrible. Sorry to all of you Twilight fans, but you have ruined everything that is good about living in Washington. I live bout 2 hours from the rain forest and used to go up there all the time to visit, but after this Twilight nonsense, I can’t get there without people thinking I’m a tourist or thinking I’m into Twilight. Before Twilight I’m sure most of you couldn’t even find Washington on the fucking map. This sickens me. STAY HOME.

my aunt and uncle live in forks, they say it annoys the shit out of them when teenagers come up with a camera asking: “do you know where the cullen house is?”
even as a joke. they curse them off.
