Paul Sturrock's post match comments:
"I don't think there's any doubt the best team won. They're a quality passing team. We haven't come up against that for a long time and it was a culture shock in the first half."

"As I've said all along we've got to learn on the move. In the second half we got our sleeves rolled up, stuck a couple of subs on, dug a bit deeper and we had a couple of half-chances. I've got to admit I don't really know what my strongest team is at this moment in time. I made a conscious decision that over these next two games I would give all my squad a run out. I've full confidence in the squad but it's important that by the end of Tuesday night I am clearer in my mind about which ones are up to speed and which are going to suit us. Partridge will get his runout, Proudlock and Drissa will get a start."

"We'll get there. These kids have got to believe in themselves. We've had two draws and two single-goal defeats. We've never looked as though we were going to get a spanking. Hopefully things will turn our way and we'll start getting some points on the board."
