Owls brought down to earth at Home Park Match Report from BBC Football website: Plymouth extended their lead at the top of the table, thanks to goals from Micky Evans and Graham Coughlan. Evans headed the opener in the eighth minute after an Ian Stonebridge corner was helped on by Coughlan. Coughlan then found himself on the end of a corner from Lee Hodges and made it 2-0 with a superb header. The home side would have added to their tally but for some fine saves by Ola Tidman, while at the other end Guylain Ndumbu-Nsungu saw a volley saved.
