This was the last show of that season because they were $25,000 over budget for the year when Froug found "An Occurrance..." was available for $10,000. Since the per show budget was $35,000, putting "Occurance" in at the end slot not only gave them a terrific finale, it also solved the year's budget problem. Interesting background story here.
